Privacy policy

This tool processes public Facebook URLs or files you upload so it can return a transcript. It is not a Meta service.

What we handle

• The video URL or uploaded media you submit
• IP address (for rate limiting and abuse control), via Cloudflare when enabled
• Optional contact-form name, email, and message
• Anonymous job counts (successful transcripts)

Retention

Audio, caption, and job files are temporary. They are deleted within two hours. Contact messages are kept so we can reply. We do not sell personal data and we do not run a public transcript archive.

Cookies and Cloudflare

The site may sit behind Cloudflare (CDN, TLS, bot protection). Cloudflare may set cookies described in their documentation. We do not use advertising trackers on this product.
